I placed an order for a graduation cap and paid for it prior to it being finished because she showed us the work. It initially was supposed to be picked up prior to graduation day. However, when I went to go pick up something from the same place she was staying at she told me it wasn’t finished. Then said she could just bring it to graduation however, on graduation day, she said that she was having headaches and was going to the hospital and that she would try to get her cousin to bring it. Her cousin did not bring it to the graduation and I did not have my product for the day I was supposed to have it. She then said she would mail it and asked for my address which I gave her. I did not receive it in the mail, and then proceeded to extend an offer where she said she would bring it again. However, she went missing in action and did not bring the product like she said she was going to once again. I asked for a refund on June 18 ,2023 which she said she’d give it to me, but but I have been experiencing on and off communication about receiving the refund. First, she said she needed to come home from work to send it on an iPad. Then she said she had to make an emergency flight somewhere, and then she said she would get somebody else to send it to us and now there is no form of communication on her part.
