I contacted after weeks of no shipping update and was told to calm down and that they understand waiting can be difficult.
They assured the package would be sent. Another month went by and I contacted again, told the same thing and that there was an issue in customs. More time and I was told it was lost in transit.
3 months later and I’m told the order can still be sent or I can get a refund, minus 10% for shipping charges.
I had to start a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund, which is still in process.
This company cannot be trusted.
The company was originally at www.dejavio.com
They were a clothing company advertised on Instagram.
Now the website is unavailable and looks to only be available as Anthrakerism.com
