I place an order for a custom gradually. cap topper with this person in-person. My graduation date was May 23 and was told that the cap topper would be complete by the date and delivered to us at the graduation ceremony. That did not happen because the buissness owner was allegedly experiencing health concerns and went to the hospital that same day so I did not receive my graduation cap topper on the day of my graduation. She then said that it would be sent out to my home address. The cap topper was never sent it had been three weeks. Therefore I asked for a refund. She then claims she doesn't have the money to refund me and is waiting for a paycheck from her employer. After weeks of waiting and asking about my refund, my money has never been sent to me.
