After searching for ages for a shiba inu pup, I came across Home - Del Roi Shibainu Puppies and emailed immediately. They were super responsive, so much so that they even texted me from a number, (717) 401-5234. I attached screenshots of the conversation. After doing a reverse image search of the provided photos, I found a link to a shiba posting from 2018 in Orlando for a different dog. They asked for money up front, but once I saw they did not answer my questions and insisted on mailing me the pup, I felt the need to report them.
