- Handling the disbursement of escrow deposits as an authorized representative of the Company;***( This also makes me thinks that it is a scam)
- Managing client records and financial documentation in the database;
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
I have not been able to find a website or address for the "new office" opening in April 2018 in Fort Worth, TX. The initial email included an address in Lake Tahoe, CA (3411 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150). This address seems to be in a resort and tourist area and the "street view" of the address doesn't look like a business address. My Google searches haven't returned any information about the existence of a business by this name. I was sent to an online application at fastapptool.com. The "paperwork" section includes a background check form section, but there is no actual form and just a button to upload documents.
I stopped after seeing all of these questionable red flags, but I assume that this is an attempt to get money from me.
