my father ordered 2 tv magnification devices was supposed to get a free one this was in April its now june haven't recieved it given the run around others have not gotten their items either i want his money back

I ordered a cell phone magnifier from Delegratin on April 21,2020. They don't have a customer service phone number, nor a physical address. I tried reaching out to them with the email address, but I end up receiving the same automated response. The entire cost for this product is $25.00
