Return policy states returns are accepted and customer will have to pay for shipping. But when asked for a return, the company states it's not possible and refuses to issue the refund.

They have ads on Facebook for shapewear bodysuits. When you place the order a month will go by with no word from them at all and then when you ask about it their only response is that they are trying to contact the shipping company. They continue on with nothing but that response until you give up and just cut your losses

This website offered a bodysuit shapewear. They lure you in with videos of other women trying on and reviewing product. They also offer a discount at time of purchase such as get 1 free when buying 2 or additional 5% off if ordered now.

I placed an order online. They overcharged me. I contacted by email , that’s the option they give. They did correct that. But i was also wanting to return the product that i ordered. I didn’t like it. Nothing was wrong with it and half wasn’t even taken out of the packaging. I’ve had several emails back and forth about returning it. The only way is for them to send you the return address. They also asked for photos of the product to send to a department for them to verify they were fine. I stated that nothing was wrong with the product itself. I just ended up not liking it. They keep giving me the runaround and won’t send me the address to return.
