First, saw this ad from this company on Facebook. I decided to order a ring, my birthstone. Ordered on Christmas Day. Only got email that order was placed. Debited my account immediately. A month goes by, no ring. I attempted to contact thru their website, no reply back. I waited for another couple weeks, figured with Covid, there's a delay. February comes, no ring. I attempted to contact again thru their website, even chat, no reply. I emailed again in early March, finally the ring pops up, only that I realized that it is a size that doesn't fit (I had surgery last year so didn't realize my finger put on weight obviously) so I attempted to contact them again to just simply exchange it for the next size up. No reply. I finally got a response only to be told that I had 14 days from the day I received to exchange, BUT by the time they finally did replied, the 14 days expired. Now I'm stuck with a ring I can't wear. Won't order from this place ever again. All I wanted was just to exchange the size. Customer Service takes FOREVER to respond, weeks. Pretty ring, not as pretty as the ad on Facebook showed however.
