It looked like a reputable American business,. I purchased fake flower bunches on April 28, 2024. I received an order number and shipping details with tracking information; however, my tracking information never changed. The tracking information was from China so I was worried. I gave it 3 weeks and then started to contact the business. I had to contact through the support e-mail as no phone number was listed anywhere. Every time I would e-mail I would receive the same "robot" response - that they would be in touch and gave me my tracking information which never changed until I starting emailing every day and letting them know I haven't received my items. They changed tracking information to "delivered" on May 7 - it is now June 18, 2024 and I still have not received my items. I started contact with Paypal credit early June and they closed my case because the business told them items were delivered. I am very upset with Paypal as anybody can say items were delivered but they should have dug into it a little bit. I am still e-mailing Delicaten every single day and letting them know I still haven't received my order and I ask for a refund. No response anymore. I know it is only $30 but it is the point they can keep on doing it to other people and we are out the money -- their "business" should be shut down. I even contacted the "JS Delivery" that gave the tracking number and received no response. Total scam and joke and I hope others will start reporting these businesses!
