They replied back with email. The first email provides description about puppy, such as vaccine records etc. They also asked me to provide more our family info to ensure that we can take care of the puppy. This gave me a false impression that they care a lot more about their puppies than the business, which lowed my alarm level about scam in the very beginning.
I asked them to provide more photos of the puppies for a validation, but this was never enough. They did send a bunch of more photos, and convinced me it is legit. Then I paid $600 through zelle.
They promised to ship the next day and should arrive at our home address directly on the same day. My kid was so exicted about the new puppy which was turned into the same level of sadness to know it woundn't happen, which is the most furious part in this scam. They are not just played the money but also the emotion.
Their next trick is from the shipping company: silver lion logistics. The company sent a obvious scam email with "urgent" and "!!!" in the title, the message format is all like a scam email. The email said the crate does not meet the airline requirement and ask me to buy one from them, otherwise the puppy will send away to some quarantine center other than back to the seller. The crate cost around $1850 to $2250 with 3 options provided. They even tried to call me to push me to pay immediate as they claim it is urgent otherwise the puppy is in danger. Ironically I was using Pixel and it automatically report the phone number (806-391-4816) as scam so I did not pick up. The phone is smarter than me.
I tried to talk to seller to get a refund, of course it would never work.
