A website pop-up informed me there was an cell phone outage in reference to my phone provider AT&T and for the apology the site owned by Delightful Precise offered various free products with the purchase of the shipping and handling. I was charged not just the shipping costs but I was charged for the free product(smart watch). I cannot locate this company per my internet and email search.
