I thought i had won a prize for just the cost of shipping this occurred in june 2022. I was not charged until November of 2022 in the amounr of $119 when this happened i immediately contacted Helion Smartwatch i was told to return the watch which i did and i would get a refund they recieved the watch on November 4 2022 i have made several attempts to check the status of my refund i was told they tried to make a refund ti my account but failed and a paper check would be issued however that has not happened i have been unable to speak to anybody other than a opertor
