Dell has called my cell phone stating that they have received a signal from my computer to their office computer about mine experiencing technical problems. I know this is a scam because that does not happen. I questioned the caller about it and he hung up. I have had previous callers from unknown numbers say they where from Dell, I reported the incident to Dell CS and was informed that it was a scam and not to reveal any information to the person calling This time the call was from Dell,I know it is Dell because I have their customer service number and name programmed into my phone.
