Type of a scam Tech Support
We have a Dell Laptop, but it hasn't been working for over 4 years and I told them that. I said we have a Toshiba Laptop that did have a problem yesterday. So I played along he had me run msinfo32 for System Information(I was looking it up online as we were speaking). He had me go to Windows Error reporting. I thought how would a Dell Tech get Windows Error Reporting info, after the report came up he said it showed it was someone trying to hack our system. He wanted me to watch a demo video on something they were providing. Then he asked if he could access my my computer to have me watch the demo. I said no they couldn't. He had some very foul language and asked why I was wasting his time and hung up.
