Type of a scam Online Purchase
1) pc Inspiron 15 3000 series -3593 with a value 484.98 + 43.04 tax = $528.02
2)microsoft 365 personal 32bit x 64 1 year subscribtion POS after tax = $76.20
3)kit - dell USB Slim DVD +/-RW Drive - DW316-SnP after tax = 38.10
I ordered on 09/03/2020 ,I have been told that the 1st one will be delivered on 09/11/2020 but never arrived. When I called them I have been told that was delivered on 09/05/2020.I never received this item ,I never download microsoft 365 since the PC never came.
Besides everything I dont understand why they are charging me $4.09 monthly wich I didnt order and has to end on 09/07/2024.
they asked to make a police report after I called them . I did file and sent the report back to them and no answer yet .I need to have my money back for the PC , microsoft 365 since I haven't download it, Cancelation of the monthly subscription wich I didn't order
I only received the USB kit. So I aspect to receive my money back in a total of $612.34
