Years old, legally blind in one eye, on social security, Section 8 housing and food stamps and had no funds to deposit into an account with them. I earned $69 in commission which they won’t pay me until I fund the account. I was told I could pull my commissions out once I made the deposit. This was never explained to me by the recruiter or the trainer until the training finished. They should also have explained that it was a self employment opportunity and not a job. I would not have even taken the training if I had been told upfront the nature of the job. The trainer even threatened to sue me. He said I am poor because I chose to be poor.
