Muster shopper fake

I recieved a text asking if I got my package in the mail. I checked. And I had this paper and check in it. I went to 4 places and the check could not be verified and the union bank has no account information for the account number listed on the check.

I remember seeing this online, I signed up thinking this will be a good way to be a silent shopper and provide feedback. Expecting a reward that is nominal (less than $25) based on what I read. Once I received a check of $3000 (see image for details) I knew something was wrong asking for gift card purchases. Plus the email address and logo color seems fraudulent. Reporting & shredding check since clearly this is a way to gain access to bank account.
