The guy Christian who works at the agency seemed very helpful at first and i gave $100 as was asked from me. He said he would call within 2 or 3 days with job interviews and ended up postponing for weeks! I continued to call and call but ofcourse nobody would answer or they would make excuses. The lady picked up and said Christian was out and then said he was in the bathroom, It was clear that Christian was obviously just sitting there screening my call. I told them I wanted my money back and they said that It would take a few days to "process". This was almost a week ago and still they haven't picked up my phone call. I am surprised as to how these people even have the authority to hold an office. They are extremely unprofessional and give you false hopes. I came in need of a job and gave them $100 and now I'm down 100 bucks because of these incompetent people. They need to be shut down. He is not avoiding my calls and texts and whenever he does return a call, he tells me to call back in the next couple of days and it is a continuous cycle. The female workers answer the telephone but when I ask for Chris, they hang up in my face. I have been trying to get my money back for more than a month now.
