Home Warranty Scam. Was listed as one of the top ten home warranties. Received a quote and followed with emails and phone conversations. Was emailed the contract and money was withdrawn for two year service agreement. Phoned for service. Was told after three weeks of waiting and follow up calls that they could not find a technician in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Was informed I could get quote from our own service tech and they could approve the service. When I tried to call back there was only a very generic voicemail. Now the website is down and no returned phone calls.
