Jim Miniature Schnauzer Home
I thought I bought a miniature schnauzer puppy named Leela from Jim (website: jimminiatureschnauzerhome.com) for $850.00 plus shipping fee $150.00; total $1000.00 through Zelle to (email: [email protected]) on 9/25/2022. Seller emailed me from [email protected] with instructions on how to use Zelle and to send $500 down payment, but the time stamp on his email was for 5:24AM on 9/26/2022 even though we received it at 9:25PM on 9/25/2022. That should have raised a red flag, but we didn’t notice at the time. The bank put a hold on the transfer pending Security Review. When we contacted the bank on 9/26/2022 the bank said that since it was our first Zelle transaction it was flagged. We said we thought it was legit and they let it go through. Seller texted us that the mini schnauzer puppy Leela is being sent through Delta Transport Logistic (website: https://deltatranlogistics.com) and the Tracking Number: DELTA0422854975-TL. The seller sent another email with more pictures of Leela and asked for complete name and address with the nearest airport to ship the puppy. He then sent another email with an invoice that included the following: Jim Miniature Home, Kanye Ford, 4042 Fourden Lane, Lake Charles, LA 70607, (318) 467-3481, jimminiatureschnauzerhome.com. He even sent a link to track the shipment at https://deltatranlogistics.com/track/. We then received an email from [email protected] saying that there is a delay in shipment because the Pet Transport Department (red flag) requires us to pay $1490.00 pet life insurance and this would be refundable when the puppy is delivered to us. The email said that I had to pay through Zelle to a person name: Dreshawn brashers (email: [email protected]) or the puppy will not be shipped. We paid the total amount. We checked the tracking again later to verify the status but the website still showed pending. At 6:54AM on 9/27/2022 we received an email from [email protected] to verify the delivery information, then another email at 12:18, 9/27/2022 saying everything is good and the puppy will be on board very soon. Then another email at 2:51PM saying there was a minor issue in the technical department and we could not get a receipt for the insurance, but rest assure that they would send the receipt before the puppy arrives in our state. The email assured us that the puppy will be delivered at 9:30pm on 9/27/202. Another email at 7:08pm on 9/27/2022 stating the puppy is in New Mexico changing planes (another red flag) and they would keep us informed on the progress. At 7:47pm another email stating that USDA fee of $1010 would need to be paid, but 99% refundable. Total refund when puppy is delivered would be $2,500.00. If we didn't pay, the puppy would not arrive and be stuck in the airport. At that point, we knew we were scammed by both the seller and the transport company. We paid total of $1,990 (puppy $500 + pet life insurance $1490). The pet life insurance is fake (never receive paperwork for this). Jimminiatureschnauzerhome.com website still had puppies as available for sale 9/28/2022. We had several more emails back and forth with Jim and Delta Tran Logistics during the evening of 9/27/2022 and finally told the transport to send the puppy back to Jim, since it was still his puppy. We copied Jim on that last one, but we haven’t heard back from either party. We would like our hard earned money back, since we are retired and on a fixed income. Please don't let another day go by where they can scam and extort another person/family. Please save others from becoming victims too.

I bought a corgi puppy named Jess from Bethany Corgi (website: bethanycorgis.com) for $650.00 plus shipping fee $150.00; total $800.00 through Zelle to Belinda Harris (email: [email protected]) on 6/10/2022. Seller texted me from (216) 487-1424. The seller sent me emails with pictures of the puppy and who I need to pay. Seller texted me the corgi puppy Jess is being set through Delta Transport Logistic (website: https://deltatranlogistics.com) and the Tracking Number: DELTA0236441181-TL. The transport company called me and he said his name is Frances from 618-507-5180 and the puppy is being shipped from address: Bethany Morgan 104 Mary Ave, Vincent Ohio 45784 email: [email protected]. I contacted the transport company and the same person Frances told me that there is a delay in shipment because the state requirement to ship the puppy was to pay $1167.00 refundable pet life insurance and this would be refundable when the puppy is delivered to me. The transport person: Frances said that I had to pay through Zelle to a person name: Jerrion Ravizee (email: [email protected]) or the puppy will not be shipped. I paid the total amount. I called again later to check on the status because the website did not show the puppy transport status. Frances from the company then told me that the crate was not correct and this is the reason why the puppy could not transport. The rental fee for crate cost was $833.00 refundable upon deliver. Transport assured me that the puppy will be delivered at 8:00pm on 6/13/2022 and will refund me $2,000 when the puppy is delivered to me. If I didn't pay the puppy would not arrive and be stuck in the airport. So I paid the $833.00. Again I paid through Zelle to a person name: Ashante Howard (email: [email protected]). At 8:00pm California time, I contacted the transport Frances and ask where is my puppy. He stated that the puppy arrived in California but now was stuck in custom and I needed to pay $640.00 for USDA certified papers in order for the puppy to be delivered as well as $12400 for USDA Paper Fee and the payment must be through Zelle, Cash App, Pre-paid card. I contacted the Seller and the Seller told me to pay him and he would talked to the transport company: Deltra Transport Logistic. At that point, I knew I was being extorted and scammed by both the seller and the transport company. I paid total of $2,800 (puppy $650 + shipping $150 + pet life insurance $1167 and rental crate $833). The pet life insurance fake (never receive paperwork for this). Bethany Corgi website still had corgi as available for sell on the seller website. I told the transport company he was extorting for money for the puppy (mostly like never existed). They claim not be extorting me for money for the puppy to be delivered. Both the seller and the transport company was upset and kept insisting they are not scamming. What scammer would admit they are scamming. I never received the corgi puppy Jess. Till this day, corgi puppy Jess picture is being available for sell. I would like my hard earned money back. Please don't let another day go by where they can scam and extort another person/family. Please save others becoming victims too.
