Online purchase of primers for reloading. Paid for express shipping at checkout. The checkout process required PayPal friends and family or Zelle, should've been my first red flag. Processed payment with Zelle received notification that order went through and product was shipping out. A few days later I received a message from a shipper stating I needed to purchase "special insurance" to have my package delivered, that it was refundable when the package was delivered in good condition. Never had to pay this before when purchasing the same product from several other reputable merchants. Called the carrier and asked for their DOT number, I was given a fake number as you can check this online and I call to confirm. Also asked about picking up the package in person, wasn't possible either. I called the seller and emailed several times, no response and the phone number is apparently a Google phone number that screens callers. Had a friend that lives in Buffalo go by address listed on the website and there's not a gun shop at this location, just an old warehouse type building.
