I was on the Delta Air Lines website booking reservations. I received a response that the transaction could not be completed and was told to call 800-221-2121 which I did. The agent answered Delta Airlines and said the reservation could not be confirmed and they booked me on United airlines which I told them I did not want to fly United. They charged my credit card and $387.88 for their fee and $600+ for the United fee. We cancelled United and Kradfly, LLC kept their charge. Be sure to check phone numbers before calling because this was total fraud.
