Www.Deltamunitions.com is a website advertising firearms and ammunition for sale. The real site closed in 2014. In 2020, someone registered the site name and began advertising guns and ammunition for sale. They accept Zelle for payment. As soon as an order is placed, an email is sent wanting you to provide the Zelle confirmation to finalize the transaction and expedite shipping. As soon as the confirmation is provided, they cease further contact. The money is immediately transferred from the Zelle account to a different account making a charge reversal impossible. Further, having contacted the Zelle account holder, the person advised that they were processing payments for what the person thought was a computer parts company. The person signed up to work from home processing payments and was promised a paycheck every two weeks. After a week of collecting payments, the employer’ ceased communication with that person as well. The scam is two pronged involving both a work from home scheme and a product sales fraud. I have notified the web hosting company but thus far the site is still active. The prices listed are good, but not so low as to immediately signify fraud.
