He said the method of sale would be that once I registered with the shipper (also handling the escrow) I would be sent a bill of sale and other paperwork including a tracking # once shipped. After I sent back bill of sale signed, along with payment, the car would be shipped to me and allowed to inspect/ drive for 7 days and if problems found with car, could decline it. I did contact the shipper, he answered by the name of Patrick Howard, but should have suspected fraud since the phone number would not be answered many times with no answering message. After I wired the Funds to a BOA account (ironically same bank I use) this Patrick told me the car should arrive June 16 and driver would call me once arrived at my address given. Car never arrived, and now both Deluxe-transportation and this Dawn Perez do not rely to email or phone. I have been conned and stolen from. I contacted the city of Kenmare ND and talked to their city hall. They told me the physical address listed on the website doesn’t belong to this outfit. They were shocked that their town is listed with this fake business. I also submitted this report to the FTC in hopes of catching these crooks.
