On line on my Facebook a free sample ,Keto, a weight control product, was advertised. I ordered it and it arrived in May 2021. The next day another sample arrived. I don't recall ordering more than one sample and this one was from another company. A charge of $**** for shipping appeared on my credit card for each item. Two weeks later two charges of $***** appeared on my credit card statement. I called the first company and was told that since I didn't cancel the order another was being sent. I told the person that I did not want it and had not placed an order, had only requested a sample. Then the next week another Keto product arrived from another company - FULLFILLMENT Center, PO Box 15911,

Tampa Florida. I had not ordered this product and tried calling the company and received a voicemail message that the phone number was not in service. In two weeks an additional charge appeared on my credit card statement for $***** from Fullfillment Center, I tried contacting the company but the phone number was no longer in use. I asked Capital One not to include these charges on my credit card because they were scams. What was supposed to be a free sample from one company and unauthorized orders from two other companies were being charged on my credit card. The charges were removed by Capital One but a few weeks later the charges reappeared. Over and over again I have called Capital One and had the charges removed and over and over again they have reappeared. I have had numerous discussions with Capital One and I GIVE UP! Watch out for anyone advertising on Facebook. Don't place orders on Facebook. Don't order anything!
