I purchased a set of wireless headphones for $46.95. What ended up happening is a membership to some club website called: Deluxestore.club. A reoccurring payment of $29.63 was taken from my credit card. This went on for 19 months after the purchase of the headphones until I finally noticed the reoccurring payment on my bank statement. I ended up paying $580.29 for a set of wireless earphones.

I never received an email congratulating me for joining the 'Club' - no emails about 'Club' specials or deals. No thank you for your monthly club membership payment. I have actually been a member of clubs before and that is what usually happens.

Today, February 15, 2021 - I called and spoke to a representative named Marlene #223 she could only offer me 1/3 off the last 3 months of payment (really, one month of membership fees $29.63) and cancellation of said membership. I did not think that was fair so I asked to be transferred to her supervisor. After 15 minutes, I spoke to Vicky, the on-floor supervisor. She could not offer me anything better so I took what I could get. Those were the most expensive wireless earphones on the planet!!!!!!!!!!!
