On Dec. 7, 2019 I placed and order for a Christmas gift to this Company and have never received it. it was paid for through my checking account that same day. I have made several attempts to contact this business and also requested a refund as I am no longer interested in this purchase. To date: No refund and I am told to "be patient" the order is in transit, when I tracked this order I am informed that it has been successfully delivered to an individual in Texas.. I am in New York. Please be aware this has to be a scam.
