I met this female from the Nassu in the Caribbean and she informed me about this government-funded program) she told me that she had benefited from A democracy fund program. I was very reluctant about it. it took me several months to make up my mind about it. she told me that she and her family had benefited at least $45,000 from it. You pay $550, to get the so-called funds. then when I made the payment, i was told that there is a Governmental certificate) to make a long story short. there were at least 5 so-called governmental certificate to pay for, some cost $50, $600 and $700.

I decided that I was going to end this with the 1st certificate. but the Female who introduced me to this program kept telling me that i will benefit and that others paid for the certificate and it wasn't only me. The fact is, she helped with the last five payments. I have all the email of all the transaction and I will add at least three of them, so you have an idea of whats been going on.)
