Do not buy from this store. After waiting two months to receive my product without providing a tracking number, I received a wrong cheap chinese headset I didn't order. I contacted them for a refund and they wouldn't accept and said they would ship the correct order again and I would receive it 3 weeks later (a 3 month wait). I said no and that I just wanted a refund and the seller very rudely declined until I threatened to report them. Finally they refunded the funds and now were threatening me to send them the headset or they would charge me double of my original order. I said I would send it back and they needed to send me a shipping label, and they said I had to pay to send it back to them, otherwise they are charging me for the product I didn't order from them (the produc is a chinese headset that looks like it is worth 1 dollar and I will never use, and they say it is worth 50). All of this with an extremely unprofessional and threatening communication, and that they would report ME as if I had stole and kept the product from them when I offered to send it back but wouldn't accept paying for the shipping fee since it was their mistake. Overall ridiculous and terrible experience. I also asked me to stop harrassing me on my email since they kept threatening me and sent me about 10 emails non stop. They are a scam and they threaten to charge your credit card however they want, when the error was theirs from the start. Disgusted. Stay away from them. It is just insane.

Ordered 3 months ago from this site https://denallenco.com/. Reached out several times to seller. They claimed it was coming in from China or over seas. Sent a fake tracking. Kept saying it was coming, never refunded money or got item
