Person had a very thick foreign accent and stated his name was Dennis Gray form the US Treasury. He told me I was in danger of being arrested if I did not clear my account. He urged me to call him immediately so "he could help me" .

Dennis Gray left voicemail representing U.S. Treasury. Telling me he was asking my cooperation regarding an Enforcement Action that I should contact to avoid being brought before a grand jury to avoid a Federal Criminal offense.
