I wanted to purchase a PS4 off of the OfferUp app and contacted the prospective seller, whom identified themselves as "Sharon" from Colorado Springs, CO. I inquired for the cost of the item without any games, and they quoted me $150 instead of $190. I proceeded to make the payment and later asked for the tracking number. The seller quickly removed the listing and I noticed another listing offering the same exact items, instead by someone named "Sherry." Chase refused to pursue the matter as a fraudulent transaction and I have filed a claim with Zelle 2 weeks ago and have not received a response as of yet.
