I contacted apartment for rent through number given and asked if was available still for rent. Was assured yes so I requested application since very familiar with apartment for rent. Kristin from Dennis Property Investment send me through email application requesting credit card for credit check fee $30.Been over week heard nothing back plus my credit report monitored 24/7 no such request was made for credit. I believe this is scam to collect fee for credit check that is never done and California know to take several to hundreds application for one apartment and never run credit report but keep money. I contacted Dennis Property Management the original property owner/agent and no such apartment was available only a two bedroom and not the one bedroom.
