Hello, I recently purchased tickets for the Denver Comic Con through Denver Theater. I purchased them through what I thought was the official webpage. When I arrived at the Denver Convention Center on July 1, 2017 to the event, and tried to get my conference pass, I went to Will Call. I had a PDF on my phone with the supposed tickets. When the Denver Convention Center scanned the tickets to give me my pass, someone else had already claimed my tickets. Will Call sent me to their Customer Service representative who was very near by. They scanned the tickets and then also entered in the ticket numbers. They asked me who I ordered the tickets through and when I mentioned Denver Theaters, they told me it was a third party scam. That my ticket number had been sold to several other people, and that it was merely a race to see who checked in first.

On the email I had been sent from Denver Theater with the PDF tickets, they had a phone number for the Denver Theater Customer Service. I called, entered my ticket number and confirmed the event. The automated phone tree informed me that the event had passed, that I should email them instead, and then hung up on me. I sent in an email, they called me during work, and I missed the call. I called again, was hung up on again, and sent in another email to say "Don't call me." They said that they had my order number and that I could call again. When I called again, I was sent to the Customer Service "manager", who asked me about the details and typed in my notes. After taking the notes, he said that I would be sent another form to give "more details" to their investigative team. I just received the form and it asked for very personal information (including last four of my SSN!). I'm still in the dispute process, however, I would highly recommend: DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!
