On April 17th 2018 I received Facebook message request from a friend, which I accepted and was asked if I received my cash award from the Department of Health and Human Resources initiative for $10,000. I was told by who I thought was my friend that they saw my name on the list when they receive their $10,000. They then told me to call to text a request to receive my claim to a phone number I have since blocked and deleted. This person continue to ask if I got a response from them over and over again.

I began to doubt that it was my friend and requested that he send me his phone number as I had lost it. This person sent me a phone number from an area code in Michigan which I texted and they did not know who I was. I then went on to my friend's Facebook page and he reported that he was not sending anyone messages and that it would be a Spam if they were getting messages from him.

Unfortunately I have no details to the phone numbers of whom I received the message from as I was in a panic and blocked and deleted and also reported it to Facebook as spam.

If you require any more information I'd be happy to cooperate with the name but I rather not at this point. This is just to make you aware that this has happened to me as well.
