10/1/2024 "Lauren" called stating she was from the Department of Health and Human Services and needed to talk to the Physician directly or they would pull his state license. She stated that someone was trying to use his license to fill controlled substances in the state of Texas. I told her I believed this was a scam and to not call us again. They hung up.

I received a Facebook message from a Danni Elle White about getting a grant from a government agency called department of health and human service the phone number is 804-594-8540 she told me to contact a Mr Gilbert who supposedly was an agent. He told me he had a grant for me and that I had to pay a fee for case files and a shipping fund which turned Out to be $300., which I, unfortunately, paid for. Upon which time he then said he wanted another $700 while also sending me a list of payment arrangements for other amounts. At that point I began to realize that there is something not right with and have since discontinued this situation. I checked the site on Google and it seemed to look authentic, but it did seem right to me that they would money from me to give me a grant. If you happen to know this agency and contact them to see if they are involved in this. I would appreciate it if you would contact me please. Thank You

The scammer used and hack one of my friend to contact me through message. He was talking to me just like my friend ***** ***********. ***** and I were classmates and we both have been to the military. He told me he had seen my name on the HHC list and asked me if I had collected my money because he had already received his and I told him I knew nothing about that. He told me to contact Agent David Williams, which has a white man picture on it and underneath his name it has Community Organization. I asked him how did he find out about it and he said one of his friend told him and I told him someone had messenger me about something like this before stating it was government fund and I told him that was a host. After everything was said, he then told me it would be a fee of $1,500 and I was to go to the nearest Walgreen and get 3 Apple Gift Cards, scratch off the back side of the cards and take a clearly snap of it then send the picture's to him and the receipt for the activation of winning box package for my delivery today. He said I would get it within 24 hours. I told him to send me the money and I would send him the three gift cards. I told him I knew this was a scam and I was going to report him and he tried to assure me that it wasn't and I told him go and * *******.

Was falsely contacted by a friend texting she has won $100,000 and it was delivered by FED EX and she seen my name on the list of winners. She then said her lawyer told her not to use or answer her phone because her friends were asking her for money. this was all by text from her to me. she texted me with the phone number 712-248-3458 and said I needed to text that number and tell them she told me to text it as I was on the list of winners so I did. A man saying he was Mark Henderson from Health and Human Services and I was a !00,000 winner available to claim. I had to give my full name, address, marital status, gender, mothers name, occupation,email, and income.He then gave me ref# case number,file number and serial number. He said I would have to pay Tax and clearance number before Fed Ex could bring my money. At this point I was suspecting it was a scam but told him I'd need time to scrape up that amount. I started checking and Fed Ex said they do not deliver cash and never heard of it. the government doesn't charge fees for grants so I never answered when he texted to see if was ready to proceed. I wish I hadn't given all the information to him that I did. At least I didn't give any money

I received a message. On FB messenger and this lady sent him 5000 to get her 300,000. I've been contacted several times . I've been told my name is on the list. I can't get to chance to see the list.

This agency is sending money to the communities, old and young. They are getting the money to change their living habits. Will need to send $500.00 to get $200,000.00.

Called saying i qualify for gov. Grant wanted me to drive to any Wal-Mart, dollar general etc. Get some gov. Registration voucher form put $300 dollars for registration but they will not touch the $300 tell them numbers off receipts and money 14,ooo will b deposited into my checking account

I was contacted on the phone by Alejandro Rodriguez from Department of Health & Human Services about receiving a grant from Apple for $9000. I was told that to start the process I would just need to purchase a $100 itunes card and provide him the info. he provided me with an address to send the card to as well as contact numbers for him. I contacted the chamber of commerce and confirmed this was a scam.

Told me I won a grant from us government that I won't have to pay it back $14,566 asked me a few questions me that the loan is be funded by Apple company asked if I had a bank account to transfer or pre-paid card told me I told I didn't have either than the proceeds to tell me I can go to the store and buy one also told me that I could get a Apple card and put 450$on it wait 48 hours the money would be deposited on the card. They also told me that I shouldn't tell anyone I just hung up they called me back from 2 different numbers Texas and Maryland area codes .

A man named Cody Wilson has called several times saying i have won over $6000 in federal grants but for him to verify who i am he needed my credit card number and drivers license number and within 24 hours it would be deposited on my credit card.
