At 2:06 PM on April 12, 2017- Phone rang and Ann Arbor displayed on the phone. When I said hello a male voice said"Department of Health and Safety", then asked "can you hear me?". I answered no I can'tell and hung up.

After receiving several calls I reluctantly answered. Once I answered the entire conversation went like this:

This is the department of health & safety. Hello? Can you hear me?

When I responded "Yes" they hung up.

Tried to call back and received no response.
