I was contacted by Attorney Samuel Peterson he told me that I was scammed by some terriest group in Nigeria and that they had scammed several thousand american's and western union was not supposed to send monies to Nigeria because that country is known for illegal activities and the western union had to repay everyone and make them hole and that I had $264,345.00 coming to me and it would be delivered by plane. He had to send me the documents and I was to make two copies one for the individual that would be delivering the check and the other for my reference. Then about a month later I was told that I had to pay the delivery person $1,250.00 those were fees that had to paid up front. I was also contacted by another individual. His name is Agent Patrick Bennett his number is 719-657-1521 he claimed to work for Western Union. I was emailed the documents from Mr. Peterson's email address [email protected] he claimed to work for The Department of Homeland Security u.s. customs and border protection. I was not able to upload the documents that was sent to me I can be contacted by email [email protected] I really hope that theses indviduals will be caught and put out of business.

Called and stated they were with the Department of Homeland Security and that his name was "Kevin Johnson". he stated that there was a case of Identity theft and that he was going to send the Police to arrest me. He wanted me to verify my SS# and DOB.

I didn't understand him since he had a foreign accent. I knew he didn't sound like a Kevin Johnson. so I hung up and looked at the BBB site for scams and there he was with 24 complaints.
