I recieved a fold and tear envelope; It said "Lender: Department of Housing & Urban Dev". Inside the letter it had publicly available information in regards to down payment assistance I received for my loan. It alsso stated ..."We have been attempting to contact you regarding a matter of importance." I googled the number listed, "1 (877)-255-8589, and found nothing. So, I seached the US Postage Permit Number (#1935) and found a ScamPulse.com Scammer report.
