I called back and lady stated their name was “Department of Investigation” and was transferred to “attorney” who gave me a choice of restitution or issuing a warrant for larceny by check and fraud. I then Researched “company” who is filing or sueing. Called them and nothing about me on file per my ssn# and they’d never heard of Department of Investigations or person I’d talked to named Laura Richards. When she was confronted with that info she did the same thing - evade and talk around like a pro. Horrible experience.
