While shopping on 11/03/2019 @ approximately 16:10 EST I received a call on my cell from 800-133-2698. The male on the other end of the phone offered me a free Federal Grant in the amount of $9,000.00. The instruction was to call back to (315)280-8479 and use money verification number # MOV-419. This male did not give his name, and spoke with a foreign accent. He instructed me to go to my nearest Walmart or Kroger to access the Western union to be able to receive my free grant. On 11/04/2019 my lady-friend called the number again and a female answered. She too spoke with a foreign accent. When my lady-friend ask her for the website address the female redirected my lady-friend by asking for the correct spelling of my name. The female then told my lady-friend to call back in 15 minutes.
