I received a call from a guy saying he was from the Water and Power and that I needed to pay $*** that was past due or they were going to disconnect the service and I would have to pay more to connect it again. They told me to go to a store and buy a prepaid card and call them with the code. I did that and after they call me again asking for more money. That’s when I knew it was a scam. I went to the police and made a report but they told me they couldn’t do anything.
