I was contacted on Indeed about a potential job offer by a company called Dependable Techs after I quit my job. When I tried to follow up with said company they sent all the proper information so I thought to my email and did an interview. Once, I did the interview and got the job they told me to sign up for Square Payroll where I put all my information in then they never called me to work. They just took my social security number and bank information and never told me to come in for a job that entire time. Once I kept in contact and saw their page was phony, they made up a follow-up meeting stating they would be in contact with me about opportunities. The job was extremely unorganized and they were just playing phone tag. They would not answer my emails and they kept me on standby for 7 months. Also, the square payroll app started trying to charge me for utilizing the app when I was not making any money and the company was supposed to pay me. I thoroughly believe this job is fake and fraudulent job offer
