After opening a new Savings account with US Bank in Parma, Idaho, I received an email stating further information was needed in order to open the account. Told to go to [email protected] to receive a mobil login URL. Given help link: US BankSecure Email Quick Start Guide at: https://usbank.com/securemail. help - https://res.cisco.com/websafe/help?topic=RegEnvelope. I did not follow any instructions . Took copies of the email to the US Bank where we opened the account and they said they did not send any email nor did they call using the 800-572-2659 phone number.
