I was contacted by a man claiming to be Dustin Smith form the Dept. Of Treasury. I was informed that I have been selected to receive a grant in the amount of $9000.00, given a verification code and instructed to call the pH. # 315-308-0624. To verify and get instructions to collect the funds. I called back and spoke with a lady who said her name was Irene she told me there were steps to take and I could pick up the funds shortly via Western Union or MoneyGram, and that I had to call from the parking lot of the store where I was going to receive the money. I had to buy a card in the amount of $250.00 and give her some information before I could collect the money. I thought it did not sound legitimate and I am contacting you with all the information I have to help resolve this matter, hoping no one has to suffer the consequences of the scammers.

Received call from person claiming to be w/Dept.of Treasury; they are informing me they will file Legal Action if I don't call back on telephone # 3191019....decided to call ScamPulse.com instead. Scam.
