Ordered something from Derabox recently and it probably is a scam. Received no order email, shipping email, etc. after placing the order (I checked out via PayPal). Tried contacting them through their website contact form but got no response. Tried emailing [email protected] and it was returned as undeliverable. Disputed the charge with PayPal. Within a day, the merchant provided a UPS tracking # that said it was shipped the same day I ordered and was delivered to my front door 2 days later…however, nothing was ever delivered. But since they provided tracking, PayPal sided with them. Tried contacting them again via all 3 methods and nothing. Finally disputed with Discover so we’ll see what happens.

This place is 100% fraud. The phone number is out of Portland Oregon, no answer. The address listed is a house in Ohio. They never sent a receipt or tracking until I filled a claim on them. They then sent a tracking link saying it was delivered which I was home at the said time and it was never delivered. They use paypal only with a Japan or China coded name & since they provided a fake tracking number I can not get a refund. This is the 1 & only time I have been scammed online in 20 years or online shopping.
