I contacted the person through their website and was prompted to pay through paypal under friends and family tab for overnight express. I have yet to receive my package nor any information as initially promised. I have been trying to get a hold of the person for a week now and they will not reply to my messages on the site nor via email. Paypal can not refund because it was paid through friends... I think they knew this!!! I DO have all PROOF needed to prove this has happened/happening. Please help...
