The impression that you get from this company is that your purchase is from the US. If you need to do a return in 30 days it has to go to Lithunia(no information given at time of purchase). The cost to do a return to Lithunia is $100 with a normal return. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I would have never purchased this product had I known if I need to do a return that is would cost more than the product.

Ordered a product that had 30 day refund policy minus shipping. The product was sent from within the US but the return is required to be sent to Lithuania, which costs more than the product.

As mentioned in previous. Exactly what this company is doing. I ordered one, and some how they add on a ditto Al 4 pillows, charge you then when u call literally minutes later they tell u it’s been shipped which you kno is false. Then they want you to pay to return pillows you didn’t order which is in Lithuania! This company is a scam!

I attempted to purchase a pillow for $39.95. Estimated $7 tax and $9 shipping. Total of about $56. Company attempted to charge my bank $116.54, but bank (Chase) blocked the charge. Now I have to wait for a new card.

These companies need to be charged with fraud and prosecuted.

On 25 September 2023 I ordered a single (1) pillow from Derila, price listed at $39.95 plus shipping. On or about 29 September, I received four (4) pillows. I contacted Derila by telephone. Their representative first suggested I buy all four. I responded that as an 80-year-old retiree on a limited income, I neither could afford nor did I need four pillows and asked how I could return the extra three. I was given the return number 8990648.

I am thoroughly thoroughly disgusted with Derila's business practices. I ordered ONE pillow and received FOUR. I contacted Derila about returning the UNORDERED extra three pillows and was “encouraged” to keep them all. This is NOT an option for a senior (80 years old) on a low fixed income, as I advised the customer “service” representative who responded to my need to return those unordered extra pillows. I was also told I must return the extras at my own expense, which is downright shoddy of Derila — had my order been processed correctly, there would be no need to return extra pillows. To make matters worse, I was directed to return them to an address in Lithuania! Postage for that return would be more than the 4 pillows cost in the first place.

The (single) pillow I ordered seems like a good quality product, and if my order had been filled correctly, I would be satisfied. I am dissatisfied that Derila sent 4 pillows rather than the one I ordered, required me to pay for the return of the 3 extras (which I returned to their Tennessee address on 10/23/23 via Certified Mail, return receipt requested -- NOT to Lithuania! -- and as yet have heard nothing about whether I'll receive my refund of approximately $120.) My return postage was $40.95; a single pillow was to be billed at $39 plus shipping/handling.

I'm not sure the ScamPulse.com can help in any way. When I first checked your website I saw 9 other letters from people dissatisfied by Derila who had also received multiple pillows rather than the one they ordered. I had not heard of Derila prior to purchasing (or trying to purchase) one pillow, and if nothing else, I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid doing business with the company and the reason for my negative recommendation.

Ordered one item and was shipped and charged for 4 items, from Cheektowaga, NY. Received authorization to return mdse, HOWEVER, I must pay return postage to return items to Lithuania. US Post Office says will cost over $100.00 to ship

Ordered online through an ad on YouTube. I ordered one at a 70 discount for $39.95 and when confirmation came through it showed an invoice of X4 of product or $120 total. I immediately responded to email and they claimed the order could not be cancelled or changed, that it would need to be returned. It arrived within 3 days from New York. I began to chat with the company and was offered 20 percent off, which is not satisfactory for their deceit. I began to follow return policy only to find out it needs to be returned to Lithuania at a cost of $99.

Test ordered their Ginger Detox patch for $21.90. Used PayPal for payment. When my PayPal bill appeared, there was an additional order of $42.80 in the form of Autopay/Autoship which i didn't recognize. I contacted their cust. service by phone and I was promised they'll cancel Autopay/Autoship order. Both orders were posted by PayPal On 1/24/2023. I filed also a dispute with PayPal. I waited for almost 3 months for fulfillment, but vendor took no action. PayPal could not help. So I filed a dispute with my credit card that PayPal charged.

Went to a Senior Discount website. Saw this Pillow that helps align your neck & back! I clicked on purchase. Got a page saying 70% off today= $39.95. Went to get my credit/debit card....and after I entered my information....the cost was $99.95 for 1 pillow! Tried to cancel....could not. Called my bank:Huntington fraud department. They opened a case for a scam, and to refund my money! The DerilaPillow form to complain had some German words, started to fill that out also. Their phone: 1-862-329-7011. Want others to know about this. Thank you. C

I was making an inquiry about the pillows after seeing them on an online ad. I placed items in the online cart and in order to go to the next page to review my cart I was required to enter payment information. I attached my PayPal account because I believed I could make changes to the cart like other online retailers only my account was immediately charged. I called the company right away within minutes of realizing what had occurred and requested cancellation. I was told that it would take 24 hours to process and I would receive confirmation via email.

That same day I received a cancellation email without any description of the order whatsoever. I responded to the email requesting a detailed description of the transaction and refund.

I contacted PayPal, explained the situation and initiated a dispute because of the odd nature of my interaction with Derila.

That same day I received a call from an agent with Derila stating that in order to process my refund I would need to cancel my dispute and they could process the refund. I asked why he was contacting me and not PayPal he deflected and stated that I would have to wait for the case to be resolved in order to be refunded (14 days). I asked what exactly Derila was disputing as they had already sent me a cancellation email albeit non descriptive. He continued to respond that I needed to drop my dispute. At this time I informed the agent that I was aware of the tactic he was attempting to use and that I knew if I dropped the claim I would not be able to re-file and that he was contacting me to further the scam and keep my funds. I explained that I knew he was attempting to intimidate me by not going through proper channels and I would be reporting the call to PayPal. He got upset and told me I was not letting him speak and hung up on me when I emphatically stated I would never drop the dispute.

On 04062023 I received an email from Derila (my PayPal case indicates no response from Derila) stating they could not cancel my order because there is a charge back on the order. Again they are continuing to contact me and not PayPal.

These events occurred on 04042023.

This company hides the fact that they are based in Lithuania, which basically means there is no return policy, as return shipping will cost much more than the purchased items are worth. This is a common scam practice. I will be leaving reviews on many more sites advising consumers to stay far away from this company, and would advise the same from other dissatisfied customers.

I ordered this pillow while using Instagram. Immediately after I was informed that I had fraudulent activity on my debit card! They had over charged me for the pillow. Then had to cancel my card and order a new one. About a month later I received the pillow and it is extremely uncomfortable. Still get a ton of Ads on my social media from this company and there are a lots of others reporting it’s a scam! Watch out!

This company falsely claims to be located in the United States, but it is not. It is located in Lithuania, Europe. It also falsely advertises a "30 day satisfaction" guarantee, but you cannot actually test the product to see if you like it. Once you open it, you CANNOT return it. You can only return an opened package (they come vacuum sealed so you cannot reseal it to return it). ALSO, they will not send you a paid shipping label, you must pay to ship it back to Europe which is PRICY. & they will charge you a 15% restocking fee so you don't even get a full refund. The pillows are also super small & firm so I personally did not like them & do not want to keep them, but I am pretty much stuck with them because of their false advertisement. If I knew there was really no 30 day SATISFACTION guarantee then I would not have purchased these pillows ONLINE.

I placed an order for the pillow only but system charged me for pillow and 4 pillow cases. I was sent the pillow @ $39.95 and 4 pillow cases @ $65.96-Total $114.86.

I reached out to the company within a few minutes of the order and stated I did not click the button to order the pillow cases. They state they could not accept any changes to the order but I can return the product for refund after I receive the product. They gave me a return authorization RMA#id ex816.

The company is NOT in the US even though they advertise to be and have a NJ phone number 862-329-7011. To return the product I would have to send the product to Derila Returns, Logismart Savanoriu pr. 176, LT-03154, Vilnius Lithuania!!!!!!!!!k It would cost over $88.00 to return. They are NOT A US company as advertised and very deceptive. I am out $114.86.
