Ad was for 'free trial', just pay shipping of $6.95/ea for Derm Lumiere beauty cream(s). (2) Charges of that amount hit card and were paid. One week later TWO MORE charges, for $119 and $129 hit card -- from two entities with totally different names! Notified Fraud department at Citibank. They "investigated," accepted some sham 'proof' from the vendor and re-billed card for $129. I have again filed a dispute, and am reporting this to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and the State's Attorney General of both my State and California, where the scammer does business ((although there is no business registered by any of those name(s) according to the Secretary of State in CA. I will take this as far as I can; it is time we consumers got some serious protection from these scam artists! Please join the fight - contact your representatives and these agencies and ask them to fight fraud for all of us!
