I clicked on an ad for a free trial. You just had to pay shipping and handling which was $6.95 There was nothing mentioned anywhere on the website that this was a recurring charge or at the end of the free trial. I would be charged the full price of the product which was $129 . After receiving the trial size, I realize that instead of the $6.95 for shipping handling I was charged $11.90 and then I got a fraud alert from the bank with a ton of charges on my card. They locked my card and refunded me the charges That were fraudulent having to get a new card and canceling my old one. Now I’m getting phone calls from this company Derm Lumiere stating I owe $129 and once paid only then will they cancel my subscription. The color wouldn’t let me get any word in edgewise. He kept just demanding the payment for $129 didn’t identify himself had to ask three or four times before he finally told me the companies name. He stated if I didn’t want to take care of this now that was fine but then threatened to keep calling me day and night until I took care of the $129 payment I’ve never signed up for subscription I made sure to read all the fine print. There was nothing mentioned about a subscription, or I would never have gotten the free trial And I certainly wouldn’t have gotten it if it said at the end of the free trial you had to pay the $129. The only thing the ad said was you pay shipping and handling that was it I did receive the product it came in a plane Bubble wrap package with no information on it. There was no receipt in there. No shipping label. It was just the product themselves not even a return label or had to return it.

i was notified from my bank indicating that a certain dollar amount wanted to charge my account for a product. It was a different name. So, i have been receiving phone calls wanting me to pay for a trial product. And threatened me that it could hurt my credit score. The person i talk with last was Paul Rivera stating he was the manager and did not speak very good English. He said i was taking advantage. I never received any notifications on email stating that they were trying to contact me. so, when i call the number back there is no response to this number.

I was offered a FREE trial of Derm Lumiere for anti-aging cream and lotion, all I had to do was pay the freight of $11.96 which I did with my debit card (which I have cancelled). Now I am getting calls from the customer service department wanting my card number to cancel my subscription (which I did not initiate). This was for the amounts of $119.95 and $129.95 for the products I received for FREE. When I asked for documentation showing the amounts they wanted to collect, they refused saying that was not possible, that it had already been provided in an email to me. I refused. When I explained that I would not until they could provide the documentation, they threatened to report the refusal to the credit bureaus.
