I purchased a product via their website but DID NOT sign up for a subscription. Within a month I received an email from Derma dream thanking me for my purchase and would send me an email when it was ready to ship. I DID NOT authorize this purchase. I contacted Derma Dream and told them any future orders are canceled. The informed me I had to contact their customer service department and speak to a rep. Told them there was no reason for me to speak to a customer service rep since they had my email canceling any future orders . I contacted Chase to dispute this charge. They were able to reverse the charge. The exact same thing happened the following month. Chase denied the charge again. I asked Chase to cancel my card and issue a new card. I now have a new card.
